These terms cover this website, the Coffee Alchymists apps and Coffee Alchymists' internal tools. By using any of them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
This website
You can read and share this site for personal use. The words, images, logos and app names on it belong to Coffee Alchymists Pty Ltd. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking first.
The site links to other websites, such as the App Store and each app's own site. I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for them.
The apps
Apps bought or downloaded from the App Store are covered by Apple's standard licence agreement, plus any extra terms on that app's own website. Each app's privacy policy is listed on the privacy page.
Internal tools
Coffee Alchymists runs internal tools for its own use, including a tool that uploads videos to my own YouTube channels. These tools are not offered to the public, and only accounts owned by Coffee Alchymists Pty Ltd sign in to them.
The YouTube tool uses YouTube API Services. Use of it is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. What the tool accesses, and how to remove that access, is set out in the privacy policy.
No guarantees
I work hard to keep the site and the apps accurate and working, but they are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Coffee Alchymists Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss that comes from using them. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes
I may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
